Josie grew up in rural Central Minnesota in a small town called Rockville. She is a Catholic convert, converting the day after her 18th birthday in 2023. She attended the University of Minnesota for degrees in Agricultural Communication and Marketing and Animal Science. During her time in college, she was greatly involved with the campus ministry, allowing her to learn more about Catholicism and grow in community with other Catholics. She was an officer for the UMN chapter of Students for Life and was a part of the promotions team at Gopher Catholic. Both of these opportunities inspired her to use her skills for the betterment of the church after graduation. In her free time, you can find her reading, making a new Spotify playlist, thrifting, or hanging out with friends and family.
